Terms Of Agreement

Each print (Lustre Prints or Gallery Wrapped Canvas) is individually and custom printed for you by Melissa Scott Photography. Lustre Prints are high quality fine art photographs printed on archival photographic paper. Gallery wrapped canvas prints are printed directly on canvas and stretched onto 1.5” thick quality stretcher frames. All gallery wrapped canvases are sprayed with a protective UV coating and arrive complete with hanging hardware attached. As with all art prints, proper framing behind glass is recommended for display of Lustre Prints. Exposure to sunlight should be avoided for all fine art prints. Prices do not include framing, mounting, or shipping.

Unless otherwise stated individually, the general format for most prints is proportionate to the 13” x 19” aspect ratio (proportion of width to height). Each limited edition print is numbered and signed by the artist, Melissa Scott. The edition-sizes are individually stated with the description of each artwork.

Production time is three (3) weeks. Larger orders may require longer lead times.

Lustre Prints are shipped rolled in heavy duty cardboard tubes, (unless otherwise agreed to). Gallery wrapped canvas prints are shipped ready to hang. The prints are usually shipped with FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Returns Policy: All prints are high-quality fine art prints created on demand. Because Melissa Scott Photography only produces prints when they are ordered, Melissa Scott Photography is not able to offer full refunds for orders which are cancelled after Melissa Scott Photography has made the print or prints. If the customer cancels an order which Melissa Scott Photography has already printed prior to it being packed for shipping, Melissa Scott Photography stops the shipping process and will issue a refund for the charged amount minus $25.00 US to cover Melissa Scott Photography’s printing and production costs for producing the print when it was ordered. Upon receipt of the artwork by the customer, the customer shall have three (3) days to reject the work. If a customer rejects a work after it has been shipped, it is Melissa Scott Photography’s policy to offer a 50% refund of the print price charged for the item providing that it is returned to Melissa Scott Photography in its original package in its original new condition. If the prints are damaged in transit Melissa Scott Photography will replace it without charging any costs, providing that it is returned to Melissa Scott Photography in its original package.
Melissa Scott Photography reserves the right to refuse any sale for any reason. Melissa Scott Photography will not ship to P.O. Boxes or any other destination it deems questionable or invalid.

If your print arrives damaged, please return it to Melissa Scott Photography in its original packaging. Melissa Scott Photography will refund the return shipping cost up to the value of your original shipping charge, and make a new print for you as quickly as possible
